My fitness has become a high priority in my life. I am on a mission to regain control of my life with a healthy outlook on my future. My overall goal is to lose a totally of 50 pounds in a healthy, responsible manner that will create a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain for many years to come. I have joined a local gym and I am adjusting my diet to include a lot more healthy choices and a lot less of the fatty ones.
I am currently embarking on a 40 Day Challenge where I am cutting out all fast food, sweets, and alcohol. I hope to use this time as a focusing period as my mind and taste buds adjust to this new lifestyle. I will be blogging at least once a week to update you all on my progress, struggles, and successes.
In this portion of my blog I will also be posting about things I find inspirational, healthy eating tips, and workout tips.

Have you considered reading/getting the Women's Health Fitness Guide? I use the Men's Health Fitness Guides and they work great. They have recipes, workouts, and great articles filled with healthy information.
