Hey Folks!
So I thought it would only be fitting for me to add a post
about my fitness and weight loss journey. So I had lost some weight but never
really came close to my goal. I think I let life get in the way of my health.
SO! Here I am with my goal of losing 45 pounds by the end of June.
I have decided to
implement a marble system. I saw this idea on pinterest, you have two jars. One
jar has a marble for every pound you want to lose. You move marbles from the
first jar to the second jar when you have some kind of weight loss. So if I
lost five pounds this week I’ll move five marbles from jar 1 to jar two. A
constant visual reminder of progress made and progress still left.
I’ve also started working out for at least 1 hour and 30
minutes six days a week. I have started watching what I eat, attempting to
limit my fast food, fried food, and sugar intake.
I’m excited to make my way toward a new, healthier me! So far I have 7 marbles in my second jar. 7 Pounds lost! Woot!!
