I'm Goin to be the Biggest Loser...In a Good Way


Hello Everyone!!!

Soo it’s been a while since I’ve given an update on my personal journey…so here it goes! After my last blog I kind of fell off the wagon and had a few weeks that resulted in no weight loss. I am happy to report that in the last couple of weeks I have gotten back on track with my eating and weight loss. I am now at a total of 14 lbs lost since I began my journey!!! Woot Baby!!! 

I credit my new account with My Fitness Pal as the reason for my new weight loss. I like My Fitness Pal because it helps keep me accountable for the things I eat and the calories I burn. It is basically an online food diary.  It keeps a running total of your calories (along with other things like protein and fat) intake and tells you how much you have used, how much you were allotted for the day, and how many you have left. If you’re curious check it out because it’s free so it can’t hurt! 

Last but not least I have entered a Biggest Loser Competition at my gym! It was only $10 to enter but now my pride is on the line! LBS! So my attempt to avoid being embarrassed publicly along with my quest to become a good runner before the big race in June have me ready to take on the world!!!
